Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to thrive in a dynamic global environment? We're looking for a
Bid Assistant plays a key role in supporting our IT and Information Security teams by responding to client requests for information.
In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our business by preparing high-quality responses to client questionnaires and bid documents, with a focus on IT and cybersecurity. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in computer science, legal services, or document review who are eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced, international setting.
What You'll Do:

Analyse client requirements and provide accurate, standardised responses related to Information Security and IT.
Identify and flag potential risks or exceptions using established processes.
Maintain and update our response templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
Support internal controls.
Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams on various support tasks.
