We’re looking for a compassionate, values-driven Assistant Service Manager to help lead a small, person-centred supported living service supporting 2 males with learning disabilities and autism as they settle into their new homes and embrace full, active lives in their community.

🔑 Your Role Will Include:
✔ Supporting the Service Manager to lead a positive, person-centred team
✔ Acting as Manager when needed
✔ Championing safety while promoting independence and positive risk-taking
✔ Helping to recruit, coach, and develop staff
✔ Ensuring best practices, policy compliance, and quality standards
✔ Driving service users safely to activities in your own car (with business insurance)
