About the Role: As an Alliance Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering incremental results and higher value solutions to defined customer segments by orchestrating and designing Intel solutions through our specialist approach. Your mission is to establish a strategic and executable framework around Intel, driving Intel-powered solutions orchestration, optimizing and executing defined initiatives, and growing our revenue. You will be the key liaison between TD SYNNEX and Intel, ensuring we remain the preferred partner to Intel in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Framework: Establish and execute a strategic framework around Intel solutions.

Solution Orchestration: Drive the orchestration of Intel-powered solutions through TDS

Revenue Growth: Optimize and execute initiatives to grow TDS revenue, both organically and through new opportunities

Investment and Funding: Secure investments and funding to capitalize on new revenue streams and business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish and lead on project basis cross-functional work groups to drive growth initiatives.

Relationship Management: Own and coordinate the rhythm of business between TD SYNNEX and Intel, including quarterly reviews, strategic planning sessions, and C-level engagements.

Program Facilitation: Facilitate the adoption of distribution programs and drive share of wallet development across various segments.

Performance Optimization: Define processes and drive optimization of claim procedures, ensuring no lost claims.

Vendor Coordination: Coordinate and drive vendor-specific opportunities to internal business unit leaders and teams.

Reporting and Reviews: Ensure completeness and accuracy within weekly SO reporting and prepare vendor reviews.

Key Experiences Needed:

Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of Intel strategy and solutions.

Investment Management: Proven experience in driving investments and developing key revenue streams.

Solution Development: Ability to define and aggregate solutions at scale, particularly in Data/AI and IoT.

Growth Initiatives: Experience in driving growth initiatives and establishing cross-functional work groups.

Relationship Building: Strong relationship management skills, with experience in coordinating high-level engagements and strategic planning.

Program Management: Expertise in facilitating distribution programs and optimizing performance metrics.

Vendor Coordination: Experience in coordinating vendor-specific opportunities and driving business unit collaboration.

Reporting and Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance optimization.
