Excellent opportunity for a 3rd Line Support professional to join a large, stable company offering specilaised training in industry and the chance to progress within the company.

The company are global business, spanning 3 continents, specialising in specialist manufacturing processes for a variety of industries, including but not limited to Aerospace, Automotive & Medical. Having been around for almost a century, this company have continued to grow and expand.

In this role, you will resolve incidents and requests in line with ITIL-based processes and business service levels. You will manage infrastructure, including Active Directory, system policies, servers, storage, backups, email, networks (WAN/LAN), cybersecurity, internet, and remote access. Responsibilities include monitoring, auditing, ensuring availability, patching, and implementing changes per change management processes, while also contributing to system improvements and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has strong 3rd line support experience with expertise in Active Directory, Exchange 2016/Online, Office 365, Azure Services, Remote Desktop, and Terminal Services. Proficiency in Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco technologies is essential, along with experience managing Windows Server (Apply online only)) and cloud-hosted IT services. A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, switches) and familiarity with the ITIL framework are also required.

The Role:

Perform patching and apply changes in line with change management processes.
Contribute to system improvements and infrastructure upgrades.The Person:

Strong 3rd line support experience with expertise in Active Directory, Exchange 2016/Online, Office 365, Azure Services, Remote Desktop, and Terminal Services.
Proficiency in Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco technologies.
