We are seeking a seasoned Information Security Engineerwith expertise in crafting, deploying, and sustaining cloudsecurity solutions within a cloud computing framework, aligningwith established security policies, standards, and industry bestpractices. Your role will encompass researching, conceiving,constructing, and overseeing cloud-based security products andservices, contributing to the safeguarding of our clients' cloudassets. How will you make an impact? - Customer consultation todetermine outcomes, success criteria and challenges/gaps. - Developand implement plans of action to close gaps and drive successfuloutcomes. - Interface with Technical Support and/or R&D toresolve technical issues that may impede success. - Define andcreate memorandums in accordance with customer’s businessrequirements. - Articulate security processes throughout theorganization. - Create customer reports to achieve projectalignment and unity of effort. - Review and investigate issuesraised by clients and provide accurate guidance based on currentdocumentation. - Understand client software configuration andcustomizations. - Understand the install, configure and customizesolutions by following implementation guides and manuals. -Coordinate client environment data, configuration and setup inorder to investigate possible issues. - Provide information bycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and serviceissues. - Utilize software engineering tools such as configurationmanagement systems, build processes, and debuggers in the softwaredevelopment process. - Collaborate and add value throughparticipation in peer case reviews, providing comments andsuggestions. - Provide reliable solutions to a variety of problemsusing sound problem-solving techniques. - Perform technical rootcause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems. -Work with customers and ownership for issues collaborating withhigher tiers for end-to-end resolution. - Assist customers withrequests via many channels including phone, email, and various webcontact methods (chat, e-Services). - Work in accordance with NICEsupport process, procedures, and contractual SLA’s. - Document allcustomer interactions in CRM tool in accordance with SLA. Have yougot what it takes? - Excellent verbal and written communicationskills in English. - At least 2 years in technical support facingcustomers and resolving issues. - Fast learner with ability toeducate themselves on relevant technologies. - 2 years ofexperience with application development. - Intimate knowledge ofthe customer’s connected applications. - Excellent technical andanalytical skills. - Familiarity with server tuning and solvingperformance issues. - Technical development/debugging and diagnosisskills. - Integration experience with desktop enterprise softwareapplications. - Excellent organizational skills, ability to set owntask lists and timelines. - Ability to work in a team. -Demonstrated interest and ability to communicate across technologyand business boundaries. - Bachelor's degree in computer science(or equivalent). You will have an advantage if you also have: -Knowledge of cloud software infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). -Speaking multiple languages. - Cybersecurity training andcertifications.
