Lead Verification & Validation Engineer

Location Bristol

Term Permanent (37 hours per week)

You will be right at the centre of a cutting-edge programme delivering next-generation defence capability to the UK Royal Navy. This is real engineering, with immediate impact, and no hiding.

The opportunity

You will lead verification and validation at subsystem level, not from a distance, but hands-on

  • Designing and running real-world test scenarios
  • Getting stuck into hardware and software integration
  • Owning trials from planning through to execution and analysis
  • Turning complex data into clear, defensible insight
  • Working shoulder-to-shoulder with software and proving teams

This is end-to-end engineering, where you actually see what you build come to life.
