AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. At Amazon, Security is Top Priority. We are looking for security architects who are passionate about Cloud Security. Ideal candidates are those who have working experience with AWS Cloud, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, Network Security, Cloud Security Assessment, Penetration testing, Application security assessment, Compliance audits, Cryptography, and are interested in helping customers embrace cloud technologies. This role is ideal for security architects who have worked in regulated industries like Banks, Insurance Companies, PSUs or as security architects in System Integrators.

Key job responsibilities:
Security architect should help customers implement core AWS security services such as Amazon Identity and Access Management (IAM), Key Management System, CloudHSM, AWS Organisations, Web Application Firewall, AWS Network Firewall, GWLB based Security Appliances.
Should have implementation knowledge to deliver DevSecOps pipeline with IaC scanner, SAST, DAST tool in the SDLC.

Hands-on experience in one of the following is mandatory:
Identity and Access Management
Data Encryption
Network Security
Incident Response
Security Automation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53 & S3)
Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments
8+ years of IT implementation experience
8+ years of programming in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar object-oriented language experience
Experience leading highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies
Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands-on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical/architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation
Experience in IT implementation
