Role Purpose

Increasing OEM parts sales in the market, with a focus on enhancing our current client partnership and increasing overall incremental sales revenue and profitability.

Role Scope

  • Increase national OEM trade parts sales share within the IAM marketplace.

  • Implementation and execution of brands strategy: pricing, parts portfolio, distribution, sales & marketing.

  • Work across the OEM brand and MSX organizations to create best in class program

  • Create strong & succinct business plans and deliver back to the client.

  • Seek out and develop new OEM parts sales channels.

  • Responsibility for OEM trade parts sales growth.

  • Review sales data and figures and hold regular dealer meetings.

  • Identify OEM sales opportunities in the independent collision, mechanical & service & wear sectors.

  • Identify and manage a key suite of KPIs to drive sales.

  • Convert OEM sales opportunities by defining and delegating adequate measures.

    Experience

  • A dynamic Manager from a manufacturer, Dealer Senior Manager or Aftermarket distributor background

  • Experience working within a Trade Parts role

  • Demonstratable success of managing field sales area & client stakeholder relationships

  • Proven track record in sales and target achievement

  • Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus.

    Knowledge

  • A full understanding of vehicle manufacturer trade sales operations at NSC level

  • Sound knowledge of OES / OEM landscape.

    Skills

  • Ability to broker deals at senior stakeholder level

  • Highly organised and efficient work methodology, able to work under pressure in competitive environment.

  • Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate content and ideas simply and succinctly.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator

  • Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
