Ideal requirements for the role include:

A keen interest in construction and a passion for the built environment

Currently studying towards or already holding a relevant qualification (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills

Confident communication and the ability to build strong working relationships

Good IT literacy and organisational skills

A positive, proactive mindset and desire to progress within a structured team

Key responsibilities:

Assisting senior estimators in the preparation of tenders and pricing packages

Reviewing drawings and specifications to support accurate cost planning

Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

Supporting the wider commercial team with document control and cost analysis

Gaining exposure to high-profile commercial interiors projects across London
