We are recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist to join a software company based in Shoreham. You will be assisting with the day-to-day management and provide support to the service desk. Ideally you will have previous knowledge or experience with AWS systems, PostgreSQL databases and an understanding of Active Directory and patch management.
As a Technical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving support cases
  
• Managing patching and endpoint security
  
• Server migrations
  
• Supporting cybersecurity initiatives
  Requirements:
  
• Knowledge of SQL Language and using PostgreSQL tools
  
• Experience with AWS Systems (Preferred but not essential)
  
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  
• Experience with Unix Commands
  
• Familiarity with SSL certificates (Preferred but not essential)

  This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. This role is office based in Shoreham and paying a salary between £25,000 up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
