Windows and macOS On-site IT Support Engineer

Are you knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and methodical Windows and macOS IT Support Engineer who would like to join an expanding IT team?
This Central London based Windows and macOS IT Support Engineer role involves managing, deploying, tracking, and preparing a wide range of devices.

About the Role:

As Windows and macOS IT Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of key IT devices and services. You’ll handle everything from provisioning and preparing Windows and Apple devices to managing asset tracking, performing testing, and facilitating timely device collection and receipt.

Key responsibilities include:

Provisioning and preparing Windows and Apple devices.
Applying images, task sequences, and applications for deployment.
Actively managing deployed devices, ensuring up-to-date security fixes and applications.
Collaborating with users to issue devices and manage returns.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring optimal device performance.
Monitoring and managing device usage, reporting, and data analysis.Key Skills you’ll have:

Solid understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting.
Proficient in endpoint hardware, operating systems, and software.
Familiar with device management tools like Jamf, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and dedication to quality.
Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and protective measures.
Passion for the IT/Tech industry and ongoing personal development.
