Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Description:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing medium to large-scale projects and programs within our organization. You will proactively identify stakeholders, strategize and plan objectives, estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Execution: Define, organize, and manage project activities to ensure outcomes are achieved. Adjust levers such as schedule, staffing, and features to deliver results on time. Continuous Improvement: Establish systems for identifying and implementing process improvements, driving future needs around business processes, products, or services. Governance & Reporting: Maintain project trackers, status reports, and governance plans. Identify and manage dependencies, and create automated processes to enhance execution velocity. Organizational Change: Anticipate and manage change requirements, developing and executing change management rollout plans and impact analyses.

Required Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the role or equivalent practical experience. Experience: Minimum of five years managing programs for a technical portfolio with cross-functional and outsourced teams. Expertise: Experience in managing programs for portfolios of buildings across multiple geographies, with defined timelines, budgets, and quality metrics. Knowledge: Background in smart buildings, control systems, IoT systems, IoT cybersecurity, or energy management is essential. Skills: Advanced planning and project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and technology.
