About the role

As a Data Handling Systems Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust data architecture solutions, enabling our team to deliver cutting-edge products to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data handling requirements and translate them into scalable system designs.
  • Design, implement and maintain data handling solutions, ensuring efficient data flow and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyse and optimise system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancement strategies.
  • Work closely with the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the full development cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

About you

  • Proven experience within a system architecture in a space/aerospace/defence environment is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Solid understanding of system performance optimisation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and data handling in the cloud environment.
