We’re looking for a Strategic Executive Coordinator who will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations while driving efficiency and execution. This role is designed to evolve into a senior operations position, making it an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional with leadership aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
• Act as a trusted partner to senior executives, managing schedules, priorities, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action points.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Operational & Strategic Support
• Assist in managing operational projects and business initiatives.
• Analyse and optimise processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support decision-making with research, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Leadership & Growth Development
• Take on increasing responsibilities in operations and business management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
• Develop leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Key Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or business administration.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
