We're now looking for a Solutions Tender Engineer to join our UK team. This role is at the heart of our UK Solution Centre business, working with medium and low-voltage switchgear, power and distribution transformers, EV-charging infra-structure, UPS, cooling equipment, containerised solutions and services for utilities, DNOs, renewables, contracting, datacentres sectors and other large-scale infrastructure projects. If you're passionate about providing technical and commercial expertise while driving innovation, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: • Analyse complex RFQs and deliver best-in-class tender proposals. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the solution meets or exceeds customer demands. • Perform cost planning, risk assessments, optimize solutions along with technical support teams and enhance profitability to ensure seamless project execution. • Co-lead negotiations with customers and suppliers to secure orders. What We're Looking For: • Proactive profile with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with a focus on collaboration. • Technical expertise in cost planning, bid / tender management or execution of projects for utilities, DNOs, renewables, contracting, datacentres or large-scale infrastructure projects (medium and low-voltage electrical systems). • Familiarity with one or more of the following solutions: medium and low-voltage switchgear, power and distribution transformers, EV-charging infra-structure, UPS, cooling equipment, containerised solutions and respective implementation services • Strong commercial acumen. • Degree-level education in Engineering, Project Management or Business, or equivalent experience. • Previous work experience in sales, tendering or execution of electrical infrastructure projects.
