Social Worker – Adult Community Team | Nottinghamshire County Council 🏥
📍 Location: Nottinghamshire, East Midlands
💷 Rate: Up to £36 per hour (DOE)
🕒 Full-Time | Contract Role | Hybrid Working Available

Nottinghamshire County Council is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Adult Community Team, supporting adults with care and support needs across the county.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a proactive, strengths-based service where you’ll be promoting independence, preventing escalation of need, and supporting service users to live fulfilling lives in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct strengths-based assessments and care planning
🔹 Work within the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act frameworks
🔹 Collaborate with health and community partners to deliver person-centred support
🔹 Support adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Social Worker (SWE registered)
✅ Experience in adult social care/community teams
✅ Knowledge of Care Act, safeguarding, and MCA/DoLS
✅ Able to travel across Nottinghamshire as needed
