Job Description
We strongly believe that empowering people with the right skills and knowledge is key to creating a safe working environment for all. We are therefore expanding our team and seeking a passionate Senior Cybersecurity Analyst with experience in delivering high-quality training programs and building relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective Cybersecurity training programs for our employees. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing effective communication strategies to keep company assets secure and employees informed, engaged and safe using various channels and formats. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure both the training and communications content aligns with company policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote a strong Cybersecurity Awareness Culture throughout the organisation, across both our retail and digital environments
Educate Users so that they are better prepared to, understand, identify and respond to potential threats
Liaise with subject matter experts to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on diverse Cybersecurity topics.
Assess the learning needs of the different departments and audience demographics, designing and customising training materials tailored to those needs.
Conduct interactive live training sessions, workshops, webinars, and presentations both in-person and virtually.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and statistics
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and threats in the Cybersecurity landscape to ensure training materials stay current and relevant.
Create and maintain relevant materials such as presentations, recorded training sessions and User manuals
Develop and implement internal communication plans with assistance of the Internal Comms team
Identify and target key audiences and channels for communications
Create customised and engaging communications content
Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in creating training content
A passion for raising awareness, educating Users and helping others
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels
Familiarity with various cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards, in particular ISO27001, PCI DSS and SOC2
Previous experience in training, teaching, or presenting, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Proficiency in writing, editing, and delivering diverse types of content
Knowledge of various communication channels and platforms
Fluent and articulate in English
Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Proven experience as a cybersecurity professional
Strong understanding of current cyber threats
Experience in designing simulations for practical learning
A Degree or/and a Master's Degree in either Information Security or Cybersecurity
Certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Lead Auditor ISMS ISO27001/2022, PCI DSS ISA/QSA
Fluency in multiple languages
