Conduct business in a creative and diverse mannerwhilst adhering to the company procedures and guidelines. You willbe required to collaborate with the Operations Manager as requiredto support the business objectives. SKILLS REQUIRED · Confidence indealing with VIP clients and senior stakeholders · Experienceworking on an entertainment/VIP account · Being able to work aroundunforeseen circumstances and be creative with finding on the spotsolutions · Good supplier engagement within entertainment travel ·Groups and events experience · Problem solving with a processimprovement approach · Proven attention to detail and qualitystandards · Extensive industry experience in all areas of thereservation process · Sound, proven SABRE GDS skills with anexcellent understanding of fares and ticketing · Ability toturnaround fare recalculations and ticket re issues quickly · Ableto work independently and use own initiative to resolve problemsand find a solution · Highly organised, ability to plan, prioritiseand multi-task under pressure · Strong communication skillsdemonstrating a pro-active response to client servicing at alltimes · Interpersonal skills · Team player, resilient and adaptablewith the ability to remain calm and patient · Adept using MicrosoftOffice Software such as: teams and sharepoint EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS · Proven advanced industry experience in all areasof travel management operations is essential (minimum 5 yearsBusiness Travel experience) · Sound, proven SABRE skills with theability to manage multiple reservations and PCC’s · Excellentunderstanding of fares and ticketing to BA 2 level or equivalent ·Extensive industry experience in all areas of the reservationprocess · Previous experience with the Entertainment sectoressential · Previous Group experience essential Why CTM?
