Key Responsibilities

As aSales Manager - Western Europe, you will lead market expansion acrossUK & Ireland, Benelux, DACH, and the Nordics, ensuring a strong regional presence for Senkron Energy Digital Services. You willdevelop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and execute high-impact sales initiativesto accelerate growth.

  • Drive revenue growth inWestern European markets, focusing onhigh-value SME and enterprise sales.
  • Leadoutreach, prospecting, and deal executionto acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop customized sales pitches and solutions that align with customer challenges and market trends.
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain strong knowledge ofindustry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changesto guide customer conversations.
  • Represent Senkron atindustry forums, business meetings, and key regional networking events.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B saleswithin therenewable energy, SaaS energy domain and/or cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong ability toengage and influence SME and enterprise-level customers.
  • Established and active networkwithin theenergy and/or cybersecurity industries, with atrack record of leveraging relationships for deal-making.
  • Excellent command ofEnglish, withnative or near-native proficiency in German and/or Dutch. Other languages are a plus.
  • A consultative, solution-driven sales mindset with a passion for innovation andbusiness transformation.
  • Ability tonavigate complex sales cyclesand manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness totravel extensivelyacross the region and designated events
