As a Logo Hunter, you will be responsible for driving 100% new business growth across the UK. This is more than just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to influence market strategy, build relationships with key partners, and create demand in a rapidly evolving industry. You will be engaging directly with end users while also leveraging channel partnerships to accelerate sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise customers, working with security, IT, and compliance teams.
  • Market Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the UK go-to-market strategy, helping define key verticals, messaging, and sales approaches.
  • Channel Engagement: Build and manage relationships with key channel partners, collaborating on joint go-to-market initiatives and sales opportunities.
  • Direct Sales: Drive direct engagement with enterprise customers, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Pipeline Generation: Develop a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and partner networks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales engineers, and product teams to refine messaging and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and market insights to inform decision-making.


Essential Requirements


  • Proven Sales Hunter: 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of net-new logo acquisition.
  • Go-to-Market Experience: Experience in market entry, growth strategy, or launching a new product/territory is highly desirable.
  • Identity/Security Background: Prior experience in identity software, cybersecurity, or related SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Channel & Direct Sales Skills: Ability to sell both directly and through channel partners, managing complex sales motions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Comfortable with ambiguity and excited about building something from the ground up.
  • Resilience & Drive: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong ability to engage stakeholders, present compelling value propositions, and negotiate deals.
