IAM Architect - Up to £110,000 + 20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Overview:
Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking for an Identity and Access Management Architect and Solutions designer (preferably RSA IGL) to work with business, application and IT teams to develop processes which enhance and expand our existing risk reduction and operational efficiency capabilities in line with our business and regulatory requirements. You will be required to work on large complex projects as well as smaller tactical deliverables as required by our stakeholders and strategic direction.

Role and Responsibilities:

Requirements gathering and high-level designs
Leadership for the implementation of solutions which will enhance and expand the Identity risk, perform governance reviews, access request and JML automation capabilities
Subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of IAM recommended practices, processes and solutions.
Knowledge of a wide range of directory services and other application access repositories
Platform/Solution Architect for IAM
Facilitation, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an overall IAM platform solution
Champion of process improvements and advise strategic roadmap decisions
Provide recommended practices to meet specific business/regulatory requirements
Provide technical guidance and best practice to team members on the use of RSA IGL
Responsible for providing architectural and technical solution support and to work on modernizing the IAM solution
Support and advise the SaaS migration for the platform
Support Technical Delivery manager with formulation of product roadmap and strategy 
Experience and Skills:

Identity Access management (IAM) process development
Development of capabilities for RSA IGL or other
Track record of developing an effective network across a range of company stakeholders
Track record of implementing large complex IAM projects
Production of design and architectural documentation such as High and Low level designs
Experience using SQL queries, Oracle, Linux , PLSQL
LDAP, PowerShell, Windows server, AD, JavaScript, XML
Experience of integrating applications with IGA solutions using a variety of APIs and protocols such as; Web service protocols REST/SOAP, LDAP, csv, Direct DB integration 
Package

Up to £110,000 base salary
20% Bonus

Hybrid (3x week in London)
