About Us

We are a specialist recruitment agency partnering with innovative cybersecurity vendors across EMEA and the US. Our expertise lies in helping high-growth companies build and scale their go-to-market teams from early-stage commercialization through to IPO.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our established cybersecurity practice. You'll be stepping into a thriving desk with existing client relationships and live roles, focusing on building world-class go-to-market teams for cutting-edge cybersecurity vendors. NO sales required as this is a delivery role. There is scope to progress into a 360 billing role should that be a specific ambition of yours.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cybersecurity vendors at various growth stages, understanding their evolving talent needs as they scale from early commercialization through multiple funding rounds and into new territories.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM positions across EMEA and US markets.
Develop deep market knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Work consultatively with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, company culture, and growth objectives.
Source candidates through various strategies, advising clients on talent and market conditions.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in technical or enterprise software recruitment, preferably with cybersecurity experience

Strong understanding of go-to-market functions and how they evolve in high-growth environments
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and adapt to changing business needs
Experience working with venture-backed technology companies is highly advantageous

What We Offer

Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)

Attractive commission scheme
Established client base with immediate revenue potential
Modern office in central London
Flexible working arrangement (4 days office, 1 day remote)
Professional development opportunities
Chance to work with cutting-edge technology companies

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a successful team where you can immediately contribute to our clients' growth journeys. You'll be working with some of the most innovative companies in cybersecurity, helping them build teams that drive their success from initial market entry through to international expansion and IPO.

This is not a sales-focused role - we emphasize building long-term relationships and providing strategic value to our clients throughout their growth journey.

Interested candidates should have a genuine passion for technology and the ability to understand complex technical environments, coupled with excellent recruitment delivery capabilities.
