Property Cleaner - This is a full time position, but part time hours would be a considered. A full UK driving license is essential for this position.

The Role

To be successful in this cleaning role you will need to possess standards of excellence, be able to work independently, have a ‘can do’ attitude to your work and be able to work well with other members of the team. This position would suit a hard working cleaner with excellent communication skills. Crucial for this role is to able to confidently work on IT systems such as an electronic diary and other in-house systems (training to be provided).

Provide a comprehensive cleaning service to the tenants and landlords of the X1 properties. 
Work closely with our Property Managers to clean and resolve reported issues inside the apartments in a timely manner.
Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards.
Liaising with Property Managers daily to ensure that all scheduled jobs are completed and regular updates are provided.
Using in house systems (training will be provided). 
Keep an inventory and monthly audit of all cleaning tools and equipment. 
Communicate with clients in a professional manner and ensure cleaning cards are left after every job attended to.

Key skills

Good interpersonal/communication skills as this will be a tenant facing role from time to time. Carry out cleans in an efficient and safe manner. Ability to work to deadlines. Good organisational skills. Work well as part of a team. Must have a full UK driving licence.

Hours

9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 4.30pm Friday - part time hours considered

Salary

£23,810 per annum pro rata
