A large global organisation is looking for a Project Manager with proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating solution deployment in regulated environments.


This will be a contract opportunity, offering a 12-month contract with extensions available.


This position can be worked remotely from the UK.


Key Skills & Experience


  • Proven experience in project planning, execution, risk management, and closure
  • Knowledge of Smart Controls, including RCA and cybersecurity protocols
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with documenting user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Aha, ServiceNow) and IT governance processes
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Ability to provide ad-hoc support and guide stakeholders through enterprise workflows


Responsibilities


  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to define application requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Support new demand by coordinating with various teams to gather required information and guide them through process steps
  • Document user stories, data sources, and functional/technical specifications to support development and deployment
  • Ensure implementation of required Smart Controls, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and cybersecurity checks, before moving solutions to Test/UAT/Production
  • Liaise with SMEs to develop user documentation and guides for deployed applications
  • Provide ad-hoc support for incoming requests, including those related to Aha, ServiceNow, and AI Council risk assessments
