Our client a boutique digital delivery and advisory firm are dedicated to transforming their clients' digital environments. In this role, you'll lead and inspire both their teams and client teams to successfully implement digital changes. You'll challenge suppliers, colleagues, and clients to ensure the best value solutions are operationally effective. You'll be responsible for delivering projects, sub-programmes, and programmes within defined timelines and budgets, ensuring that solutions meet the desired outcomes. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to understand their challenges and align solutions to meet their needs. You'll also identify, assess, allocate, mitigate, and monitor risks at the project, sub-programme, and programme levels. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to develop and mentor others, fostering growth and excellence within the team. What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you'll need a history of successfully delivering a variety of projects, coupled with a keen interest in technology and cybersecurity. Your commercial acumen will be crucial for the planning, design, and execution of projects. Holding qualifications such as Prince2, APMQ, PMP, or similar is essential. You'll be well-versed in various project management methodologies, including Agile, and quick to adapt and learn new skills on the job. Working in multi-stakeholder environments, including clients and suppliers, will be second nature to you, and your excellent communication and teamwork skills will ensure smooth collaboration and success.
