We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the completion of a major IT platform project. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with extensive IT project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to rigorous documentation and governance processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with business objectives, and driving successful delivery within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT platform project, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Develop, maintain, and enforce project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Oversee project governance processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.
Act as a bridge between technical teams, business units, vendors, and executive stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and execution.
Drive IT project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving any emerging issues.
Track and report project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and project dashboards.
Champion best practices in IT project management, fostering continuous process improvement.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-have:

5+ years of IT project management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.
Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
Experience managing complex IT projects with interdependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
Hands-on approach to vendor and third-party IT service provider management.
Proficiency in project management tools such as (url removed), Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Asana.
Strong documentation skills across all project lifecycle stages.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
Expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) is strongly preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all organisational levels.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, engaging with teams from operational staff to senior leadership.
Adaptability in dynamic environments with a resilient and solutions-focused mindset.
High emotional intelligence to manage change effectively and address stakeholder concerns with empathy.

Nice-to-have:

Experience with business systems such as Agresso, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP SuccessFactors, or (url removed).
Proven track record of implementing enterprise-level business systems to drive efficiency and value.
