The Role

We're hiring a

hands-on Professional Services Engineer

to drive the design, deployment, and support of advanced network security solutions. You'll own end-to-end project delivery-from scoping and implementation to client training and ongoing support. Your deep expertise across our core platforms will empower clients to strengthen their security posture confidently.

What You'll Do

Lead

design, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting

of Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Juniper solutions.
Deliver

end-to-end client projects and migrations , both remotely and onsite.
Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to translate client needs into effective technical solutions.
Create and maintain crisp, clear

technical documentation -designs, plans, and user guides.
Provide

advanced support , swiftly resolving complex issues and optimizing performance.
Stay ahead of cyber threats and vendor updates to maintain expert-level platform knowledge.
Conduct

client training and knowledge transfer

sessions to ensure smooth handover.
What You Bring

3+ years

in Professional Services or Network Security Engineering roles.
Proven expertise with at least two technologies:

Check Point (GAiA, R80.x)
Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager)
Palo Alto Networks (PAN-OS, Panorama)
Juniper Networks (SRX, JunOS)

Solid grasp of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, routing/switching, and cloud security fundamentals.
Experience deploying and supporting enterprise-grade security appliances.
Industry certifications like

CCSA/CCSE, NSE4/5/7, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC/JNCIP-SEC .
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
Bonus Points

Experience with

SOAR or SIEM

platforms.
Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
Cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure).
ITIL or PMP certified.
