The role:

• Manage the allocation of resources to tasks/projects.
• Act as point of escalation for clients.
• Lead the coordination of day-to-day operational delivery across projects including overseeing accurate maintenance of our project information.
• Lead development and quality assurance of security risk management requirements in line with industry best practice and company standards.
• Work alongside senior stakeholders across multi-discipline teams
• Deliver excellent service to clients, ensuring consistency across the team
• Support the development of junior colleagues
