As a Cybersecurity Specialist within CTC Cyber Ops Pentesting Operations, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our testing portfolio. Your role will involve delivering enhancements and implementing changes that increase productivity, enforce control and cybersecurity best practices, and improve customer satisfaction. You will oversee risk reduction and tooling initiatives, and deliver cost-effective solutions that prioritize our clients. Your tasks will also include analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering solutions to strengthen our operations in Cybersecurity, Technology, and Controls. You won't just be monitoring our data, but innovatively protecting it. With a collaborative mindset, you will support transformation work on pentest assessment delivery operations and engagement. 

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the operations of cybersecurity penetration testing engagement, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. Provide technical guidance and support for pentest debugging, scoping, and technical documentation. Develop and implement automation and tooling solutions to address operational gaps and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and scope, ensuring alignment with our service offerings. Partner with senior management to achieve strategic goals through transformation initiatives, focusing on improving and transforming service delivery. Work with service partners on an as-needed basis to resolve scoping disagreements, support with tooling and testing debugging.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Strong technical background in cybersecurity, with specific expertise in penetration testing and security assessment activities. Technical proficiency in debugging and scoping penetration tests, as well as creating and reviewing technical documentation. Familiarity with automation tools and techniques, with the ability to work with product teams to develop solutions. Proven experience in operations, risk, and controls management processes & principles, with a focus on cybersecurity. Experience in process engineering and re-engineering, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement. Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build partnerships and interact with third-party vendors and teams across different regions. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve roadblocks impacting SLAs. Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint is a MUST.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience with Jira and Scrum Master knowledge is a distinct advantage.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including the ability to work within a diverse team, excellent communication skills, and adherence to JPMC company standards, procedures, and policies.
