Nine Twenty are supporting our Global Drinks Manufacturing client in their need for anOperational Technology Leadto join their large Maturation site.

You will be part of a transformation journey towards digitalisation and automation working closely with Engineering & Operations - you will help advance the strategy for Maturation, improving processes and production through innovative OT solutions.


You will help shape the future of their Maturation Operational Technology and you must be able to articulate communications to effect change Operational Technology community.


In this role, you will bring a strong understanding of the OT environment, including systems, software, and plant operations, supported by experience in a controls environment. You will have the ability to manage projects effectively while driving improvements in control systems. Strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset are essential, as you will be responsible for developing and implementing an OT strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shape the role, embedding a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organisation.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of the OT strategy at the site level
  • Drive thedigitalisationandautomationagenda for site operations
  • OverseeManagement of Changeprocesses within OT systems
  • HandleIndustrial Data Modelsand support capital projects
  • LeadCyber Security Lifecycle Managementfollowing IEC 62443 standards
  • Oversee third-party support contracts andsecure remote access
  • Providecontinuous threat detectionandincident responsetechnical support
  • Ensure the integrity ofOT Disaster RecoveryandBusiness Continuity Plans
  • Collaborate with site management teams on OT standard processes
  • Support the integration ofSMART Factory Industry 4.0initiatives


You will have:


  • Process Control Systems EngineeringandAutomationexpertise
  • Proficiency inSCADA,PLC,HMI, andIndustrial Networks
  • Experience inIndustry 4.0andIIOTtechnologies
  • Experience withCyber Security methodologies(IEC 62443) andEngineering Safety Systems(IEC 61508)
  • Strong understanding ofIT/OT Networking
