Network and Security Engineer When you join our Engineering Team at Telent, you'll be empowered to innovate and drive common solutions, working closely with technical experts who are proud of the impact their work makes. Help build and keep the nation's critical infrastructure connected and protected 24/7. As a Network and Security Engineer reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in our ongoing digital transformation. You’ll help design, implement, and support the systems that power Telent’s ICT estate - working on cutting-edge technologies in a role that blends strategy, problem-solving, and hands-on expertise. This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to be in our Warwick HQ 1-2 days per week, as well as ad-hoc travel on occasion. Lead network design and architecture for Telent’s Corporate Enterprise network - producing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation and network schematics. Implement and support advanced network and security solutions using Cisco technologies including Software-Defined Access (SDA) and SD-WAN. Test and evaluate emerging technologies, helping Telent stay ahead of the curve. Contribute to business continuity by participating in a 24/7 on-call support rota (one week per month).
