Prestigious opportunity for a Network & Security Engineer to join our pioneering Network Modernisation programme.
As one of our Network and Security Engineers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a modern, resilient, and secure enterprise network.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the delivery of our Network Modernisation Programme.
Developing secure, scalable, and resilient network architectures, including software-defined networking (SDN), cloud integration, and next-gen security solutions.
Overseeing the deployment of Cisco ISE, NAC policies, and Zero Trust principles to enhance security and access management.
Collaborating with stakeholders to align network strategy with business and digital transformation goals.
Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Leading on network performance optimisation, automation, and operational efficiency.
Providing technical leadership, mentoring colleagues, and championing best practices in network security architecture.

If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LET'S TALK!
Extensive experience in network and security engineering, preferably in a large and complex environment.
Strong expertise in enterprise networking, network security, and cloud-based solutions.
Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (ISE, Catalyst, SD-WAN, DNA Center and security frameworks).
Deep knowledge of authentication protocols (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+), firewalls, VPNs, and network access control (NAC).
Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and network segmentation.
Experience in leading large-scale network transformation projects from inception to delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
