As a Network and Endpoint Security Pre-Sales Architect, you will:
Act as the technical lead in customer-facing engagements, translating complex security needs into effective solution architectures

Design Zero Trust-aligned network and endpoint architectures, including segmentation, micro-segmentation, NAC, and DNS-layer threat protection

Lead conversations around network modernization , helping clients evolve from legacy architectures to software-defined, cloud-integrated, and policy-driven network designs

Deliver workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase technical capabilities

Work with internal stakeholders (sales, product, and delivery) to ensure solutions are deliverable, scalable, and aligned to client requirements & their environments

The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
14+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on network and endpoint security architecture

Proven ability to operate in a technical pre-sales or consulting capacity, translating customer requirements into secure solution designs

Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, VPN, and network segmentation/micro-segmentation

Demonstrated experience driving network modernization initiatives, including transitions from legacy infrastructure to SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud-native security models

Hands-on experience with endpoint protection and EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, or Tanium

Familiarity with DNS security tools and strategies (e.g., Zscaler, Cisco Umbrella, Infoblox) and their role in threat containment

Deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, lateral movement prevention, and alignment to frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders across all levels of an organization

Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes, technical solution documentation, and bill of materials (BoM) development

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Technical Pre-Sales
Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements focused on network and endpoint security.

Conduct client discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments with an emphasis on segmentation strategies, visibility, and threat defence.

Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and business audiences.

Solution Design & Architecture
Design and validate secure architectures incorporating network segmentation/micro segmentation, DNS-layer protection, and endpoint telemetry.

Develop integrated solutions leveraging tools like Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Infoblox, and others.

Recommend strategies for containing lateral movement, hardening east-west traffic, and segmenting access based on identity and risk posture.

Support RFPs, solution briefs, and creation of Bills of Materials (BoMs).

Collaboration & Enablement
Align closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and implementation capabilities.

Provide input to product teams on feature gaps or enhancements based on customer feedback.

Stay abreast of the latest threat trends, frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust), and regulatory requirements.

Set yourself apart:
Industry certifications such as CISSP, SC-200, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, CCFR, or Zscaler Certified Expert

Experience designing or implementing micro segmentation (e.g., Cisco Titration, Illumio, Guardicore)

Background in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, Resources or government

Familiarity with DNS-based threat detection, SIEM/SOAR integration, and cloud security access brokers (CASB)
