This is a contract role until September 2025

What You Will Do:

  • Provide both local and remote IT support across multiple sites, ensuring all users receive timely and effective assistance.

  • Lead the installation and upgrades of PC hardware and software, including network and local printers.

  • Monitor servers daily, verifying that all backups are completed successfully.

  • Record user change requests and manage access rights as the first point of contact for IT issues.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date software and hardware inventory records.

  • Administer Office 365 and actively participate in cybersecurity events investigation.

    What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT Support role, demonstrating a strong foundation in Windows 10/11 administration and Bitlocker Encryption.

  • Proficiency in software installation, with a keen eye for detail in managing both internal and external IT supply chains.

  • A solid understanding of Office 365 Administration and Cyber Security Awareness.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and a strong team player attitude.
