What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage the factory IT support teams across the UK and Poland, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Oversee the development, operation, and maintenance of all company computer information systems, driving efficiency and innovation.

  • Implement and maintain robust cyber security measures, including managing SOC providers and mitigating risks in the OT environment.

  • Set and execute the strategic direction for IT services and infrastructure, aligning with the company's goals.

  • Provide technical support, mentorship, and guidance to IT team members, fostering growth and collaboration.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as TISAX accreditation, and manage company data, backups, and off-site storage.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Active Directory, Azure, InTune, and Teams.

  • Expertise in network configuration (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Wi-Fi) and virtual environments like VMWare.

  • A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Proven project management skills and experience working with suppliers and customers.

  • Ideally, qualifications in IS-related subjects and familiarity with ITIL principles.
