We’re on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead digital transformation in a fast-moving, high-tech manufacturing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the IT strategy and transformation roadmap

Managing IT infrastructure, systems, and data security

Owning the IT budget and resource planning

Driving digital innovation and process improvements

Developing and supporting a high-performing tech team

Experience in IT leadership (ideally in manufacturing or complex tech environments)

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, and digital tools
