Salary: £28,000 - £36,000
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Are you an experienced IT Account Manager looking for your next challenge within a growing MSP? This is an opportunity to join a well-established, people-focused business that delivers innovative IT solutions to a wide range of clients across multiple sectors.

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, driving new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Working closely with technical teams, you'll ensure clients are getting the most out of their IT solutions and help them plan future improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

  • Work with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.

  • Meet and exceed sales and account growth targets.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in IT Account Management, ideally within an MSP

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, such as Microsoft 365, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider commercial and technical team.

  • Results-driven with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through technology.

  • Full clean driving licence
