Account: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Location: Manchester - Remote – UK Wide

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE

Your Role –

As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and expanding client relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to businesses, understanding their IT needs and recommending solutions from our client’s diverse service portfolio. You’ll work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored support, and you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic account development and proactive client engagement.  You will be expected to undertake some new business duties and grow your client base.

What They’re Looking For –

Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the IT sector (MSP background preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of IT services such as managed support, VoIP, security, and cloud solutions
A proactive, consultative approach with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effectively
Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and a drive to exceed targets
