The opportunity:

What you’ll love about your role in our Information Security team in Zurich:

  • You’ll be the ‘go-to person for the mitigation of any vulnerabilities in our software, computer systems and networks. You’ll then support the design and implementation of the best security solutions for our needs.
  • Essentially, you’ll be crucial in ensuring that Zurich protects its customer and staff data with robust security controls.
  • You’ll support the successful delivery of IT and outsourcing solutions aligned with company standards and recognised best practices.
  • You will support varied security initiatives and efforts to improve security at Zurich; this could be leading security awareness campaigns to providing subject matter expertise to members of the business.
  • You’ll bring fresh thinking and ideas. We want to continuously improve. Your ideas will be welcomed and encouraged.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience as an Information Security Specialist for a large organisation
  • Ideally professional Security Qualification(s) - e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP
  • Good technical understanding of IT systems, networks and infrastructure
  • Good understanding of Information Security governance, risk and compliance methodologies, control frameworks and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to take part in meetings and provide expert advice
  • Good listening and questioning skills
