As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, leveraging your sporting background to understand the qualities that make a standout candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
- Utilise various platforms and methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Review CVs and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Building Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them to suitable roles.
- Foster long-term connections with potential talent through networking and regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with Senior Consultants and Directors to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provide support throughout the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and gathering feedback.
Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree in any discipline. (Graduated 2023 onwards).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Driven and motivated by results, money, and the desire to work hard to master your craft
- Highly personable and appreciative of a diverse working environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally across multiple locations.
- Have a thirst for learning and teaching/coaching
- An interest in Financial Markets, Technology & Trading
- A passion for sports and an understanding of the competitive nature of the sporting world.

Qualifications and Expectations:
- University Graduate – Graduated 2025
- A high-level sporting backgroundis must i.e Captain of Rugby Team, played semi professional football, competed professionally etc
- Available to start in April 2025
- Experience in sales, real estate, business development, car sales, or telesales is desirable.
- Confident, outgoing personality.
- A good understanding of the recruitment industry- this will be explored in the interview
- Commutable distance to our Liverpool Street offices, ideally you are London based already.
- Clear personal & professional goals– these will be explored in the interview.
- Strong written & spoken communication.
- Great ability to build & maintain relationships.
