£31,000 - £42,000 + Overtime + Van + Training + Career Progression

Are you an experienced Fire & Security Engineer ready to join a well-established, forward-thinking company that values your skills and offers clear opportunities for development?

We’re WSS Group Ltd - a trusted name in fire and security solutions since 1986. Based in Glasgow and serving clients across central Scotland, we specialise in high-quality installations and maintenance of intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems.

The Role:

You’ll be carrying out installations, routine servicing, and fault-finding across a variety of commercial and residential sites in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and surrounding areas. From stand-alone systems to fully integrated setups, you’ll be the face of our company—delivering quality work and building lasting relationships with clients.

What You’ll Do:

Install, service, and maintain intruder alarms, access control, CCTV & fire systems

Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs

Perform regular system tests and safety inspections

Provide professional, friendly customer service and support

Keep up-to-date with industry standards and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

A time-served engineer with a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent

2+ years’ experience in the fire & security industry

Full UK driving licence

Excellent fault-finding and technical skills

Self-motivated with strong communication and customer service skills

What You’ll Get:
