VIQU have partnered with an IT solutions provider who specialise in IT infrastructure, managed services, consultancy, software solutions and cybersecurity. They cater to a wide variety of industries, offering services to meet client requirements and enhance efficiency, reduce costs and leverage technology.

They are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide first and second-line technical support and maintenance on-site for their clients across London.

Essential Requirements of the Field Service Engineer:

3+ years in an IT support role with robust 2nd line support capabilities, including diagnosing and resolving issues on both Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Server operating systems and associated technologies such as Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Office 365, and Active Directory, including implementation and administration of AD, GPO, and RDS.
Knowledgeable about cloud services, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive
Experience with Intune and implementing IT solutions, along with basic networking knowledge and an understanding of switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, and routing.
Excellent communication abilities.
Hold a full UK driving license with access to personal transportation.
