About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly capable and composedEnterprise Security Architectto support the Group Head of Cyber Strategy & Security Architecture in leading a 40-person function. This is a pivotal role that bridges strategic oversight and technical leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of the architecture team and acting as the first point of contact for escalations, workload management, and architectural guidance.

While this role doesnotinclude direct line management, you will act as atechnical lead and intermediary, helping to coordinate efforts across the team, support sensitive projects, and ensure high standards of security architecture are maintained across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as deputy to the Group Head of Cyber Strategy & Security Architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight across the security architecture team.
  • Manage daily sprint activities, working closely with Scrum Masters and using tools likeJira,Confluence,GitHub,Teams, andSlack.
