We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all content related to our cybersecurity training platform. This position will require an understanding of cybersecurity concepts, excellent communication and editing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including customers and internal teams.
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours
Location: Leeds – Hybrid (2 days in office)
Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
Boxphish has quickly established itself in the UK human risk management sector. We have a growing customer base and library of training courses that offer highly relevant content. To support that rapid growth, we have and continue to expand our content team to provide further value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the content plan in line with department objectives and target audience
Create engaging and informative content including training modules, videos, articles, quizzes, and other learning materials
Manage the content library, including publication of courses and action updates
Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all content channels
Regularly review content to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement
Monitor user feedback to optimize content effectiveness and engagement levels
Stay up to date with the latest trends, threats, and best practices in cybersecurity to inform content development
Help to ensure content remains relevant and effective in addressing current security challenges
Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders
Ensure all content meets regulatory and accessibility requirements, industry standards, and company policies
About You
The following skills and experience will be required:
Proven experience as a Content Editor, Content Writer, or similar role
Excellent organisational, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
Creative mindset with ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible content
Strong project management skills with ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience working with diverse stakeholders including internal teams and external partners
The following will also be beneficial:
Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate)
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Background or strong interest in cybersecurity field
Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms
