Responsibilities



  • Security Architecture Design: Develop and implement comprehensive security architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulations. Understanding of AI technology landscape and integration of security within AI solutions is essential. Ability to identify opportunities to combine cybersecurity with other portfolio capabilities, like AI-First CX solutions, to offer bundled solutions.

  • Security and Compliance: Ensure top-level IT security and compliance across various organizational units, working with CISO and DPO to develop policies to protect data and assets.

  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, articulating complex security concepts clearly. Present security architectures and strategies tailored to client needs.

  • Architectural Governance: Lead reviews of complex deals, identify security risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to security standards and policies.

  • Solution Integration: Collaborate with teams to design and implement multi-product security solutions, delivering cohesive and secure offerings.

  • Standardization and Best Practices: Develop and maintain design blueprints and frameworks to streamline secure solution deployment.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on security trends and incorporate new knowledge into architectures and practices.



Other Responsibilities



  • Engage with CISO/CxO stakeholders using consultative techniques.

  • Deliver advice, governance, proposals, and communications during pursuits.

  • Participate in contract negotiations focusing on technical and compliance aspects.

  • Provide input on evolving security capabilities based on market trends.

  • Optimize interdependencies across service towers and components.

  • Develop standardized blueprints and frameworks for consistency and scalability.



Qualifications



  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

  • At least 7 years in security architecture, designing and implementing secure solutions.

  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Google, AWS Security are highly desirable.

  • Deep knowledge of security architectures aligned with TeKnowledge pillars.

  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with cloud security solutions and compliance frameworks.

  • Experience in creating standardized design blueprints and frameworks.
