We are seeking a seasoned Director - Security Architect to join our CTO Office. This pivotal role involves overseeing the security architecture across TeKnowledge's diverse portfolio of solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of deep technical expertise and strong customer engagement skills, ensuring that our solutions are not only secure but also effectively communicated to clients.

Understanding the TeKnowledge security portfolio, based on three main pillars, and being able to identify the appropriate security offers to meet client needs is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Security Architecture Design: Develop and implement comprehensive security architectures for TeKnowledge's solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Understanding of the AI technology landscape and integration of security within AI solutions is essential. Ability to identify how Cybersecurity offers/capabilities can be combined with other portfolio solutions to provide holistic offerings, e.g., integrating Cyber Security with AI-First CX solutions for bundled offers.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the highest level of IT security and compliance across the CTO, Sales, Product, and portfolio organization. Collaborate with CISO and DPO to develop policies and procedures to protect data and assets.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating complex security concepts and solutions clearly. Present security architectures and strategies to clients, addressing their specific concerns and requirements.
  • Architectural Governance: Lead review of complex deals, identify potential security risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure solutions adhere to security standards and policies to protect customer data and assets.
  • Solution Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement multi-product solutions that integrate various security portfolio components, delivering cohesive and secure solutions to clients.
  • Standardization and Best Practices: Develop and maintain standardized design blueprints and frameworks to streamline secure solution deployment across projects.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct security assessments of proposed solutions, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend enhancements to improve security posture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging security trends, technologies, and threats, and incorporate this knowledge into ongoing security architecture enhancements.

Other responsibilities:

  • Engage with CISO/CxO stakeholders using consultative selling techniques.
  • Deliver solutions advice, governance, proposals, presentations, and customer communications during pursuits.
  • Participate in contract negotiations focusing on technical and compliance aspects.
  • Provide input to product, offer, and sales teams to evolve security capabilities based on market trends.
  • Optimize interdependencies across service towers and solution components.
  • Develop standardized security design blueprints and frameworks for consistency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in security architecture, designing and implementing secure solutions across technologies and platforms.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Cyber Security Architect, Google, AWS Security certifications, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of security architectures and services aligned to TeKnowledge's security pillars.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with presentations and stakeholder discussions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in cloud security solutions and familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in creating standardized design blueprints and frameworks.
