Data Subject Request Administrator
£30k - £35k depending on experience
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Hybrid working 1 - 2 days in office, rest WFH
Multiple positions available due to project work

Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a leading company in search of a Data Subject Request Administrator for a 4-month fixed-term contract.

Purpose of Job: The successful candidate will join the Data Security Compliance Team for a fixed term and work closely with them on the fulfilment of data subject requests.

Responsibilities:

Manage and complete subject access and erasure requests under the UK GDPR
Enhance internal documentation and communication templates to ensure clarity of responsibilities for other departments and efficient handling of requestsEssential Skills & Experience:

Experience fulfilling data subject requests under the UK GDPR
Knowledge of relevant UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
Familiarity with guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong general IT skillsDesirable Skills & Experience:

Recognised data protection and/or information security qualifications (e.g., UK GDPR Foundation and/or Practitioner, CIPP/E, CIPM, CISSP, CISM)
Experience with Gmail and Google Drive in Google Workspace
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office software
Highly motivated and focused with a proactive attitudeSalary £30k-£35k depending on experience
