A rare opening has arisen for a Junior or Senior levelassociate (1-6 PQE)to join theLondon team of a leading global law firmrenowned for its elite-level work across the cybersecurity, data privacy, and national security space.

The role sits within amultidisciplinary global practicethat partners with Fortune 500 companies, private equity clients, and high-growth tech firms on complex and high-stakes matters—ranging from data breach response and regulatory investigations to cross-border privacy frameworks and cutting-edge AI governance.

What You'll Work On

You’ll collaborate with a team that handles:

  • High-profilecybersecurity incident responseand crisis management
  • UK/EU regulatory investigationsand enforcement matters
  • Structuring and implementingcompliant data privacy programsunder GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and other regulatory regimes
  • Due diligence and transactional supportin tech and data-heavy M&A
  • Drafting and negotiatingprivacy policies and data processing agreements
  • Advising clients onAI deployment and compliance risks


About You

You are likely:

  • A UK-qualified solicitor with1–6 years’ experiencein cybersecurity/data privacy, ideally from a law firm or regulatory body
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, regulated environments
  • Interested in developing a legal practice that bridgeslaw, technology, policy, and innovation
  • Experienced or interested in the legal aspects ofAI systems and automated decision-making
  • Academically strong with a proactive and collaborative mindset
