Creative Design Lead - SaaS/EdTech

We've partnered with a fast-growing online platform that is transforming the way people learn cybersecurity, making it more accessible and engaging. In just a few short years, the platform has built a global community of over 4 million users, with growth continuing at an impressive pace.

They're looking for a Creative Design Lead to define and elevate its visual identity across all touchpoints, from product and brand to B2B and B2C communications.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact role for a design leader ready to make bold creative decisions and bring a cohesive, modern look to everything from social posts to product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and evolution of the company's visual identity and design system
Design and optimise templates for digital ads, social media, email marketing, and sales materials
Drive the creative direction for brand initiatives and new product rollouts
Partner closely with Product and Growth teams to ensure visual design supports and enhances the user experience
Manage relationships with external creatives, including illustrators and motion artists
Ensure a cohesive visual identity is maintained across all brand touchpoints
Explore and adopt new tools and processes to improve creative team efficiency and outputSkills & Requirements

Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining cohesive brand systems or design libraries
Strong portfolio showcasing modern, polished design work across multiple digital channels
Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, and Growth
Experience thriving in startup or high-speed work environments is a major advantage
Familiarity with industries like tech, education, or cybersecurity is beneficial
