An ambitious and growing law firm in Central London is looking for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader to join their property department. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior conveyancing professional who enjoys both fee earning and leading a team, with genuine scope for career development.

The Opportunity:As the Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader, you’ll take on a reduced personal caseload while providing day-to-day leadership and supervision to a team of junior fee earners. You’ll play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of commercial property fee earners
Manage a reduced caseload of commercial conveyancing matters
Provide support, mentoring and ongoing training to team members
Oversee transaction progress and ensure quality compliance
Monitor team KPIs and assist in meeting targets
Encourage a collaborative and high-performing team cultureAbout You:
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Licensed Conveyancer
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial conveyancing
Proven experience managing or mentoring a team
Confident handling leasehold and freehold transactions from inception to completion
Excellent client care and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Commercially minded with the ability to thrive under pressureWhat’s On Offer:
